I am having a hard time connecting with a live human being for Slevoo. Io see their phone number online is [****] and I am trying to confirm the warranty protection with them. At first the recording stated to send them a email and someone will contact be back. Then when I called back five minutes later, an automated system came on and said all agents are busy and try again. So, I’m leary on what the standard procedure is when calling the customer service number I retrieve online. If someone, as a answer to my question- please let me know.
